Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing HuGolf and trusting us with your golf journey. We aim to deliver premium, high-quality golf coaching for beginners, and your satisfaction is important to us.

This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for requesting refunds or rescheduling services booked through HuGolf.info.


1. Services Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to all beginner golf lessons and coaching packages purchased through HuGolf.info, whether in-person or booked online.


2. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

2.1 Individual Lesson Bookings

  • 100% Refund or Rescheduling if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
  • No Refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson.
  • No-Shows without prior notice will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

2.2 Lesson Packages

  • Unused sessions from a prepaid package may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been redeemed.
  • Partially used packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused sessions if the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
  • All package refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

3. Rescheduling Lessons

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule a booked lesson by contacting us:

  • At least 24 hours in advance

  • Rescheduling is subject to coach availability

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Services already rendered (completed lessons)
  • Lessons missed due to client’s late arrival (beyond 15 minutes without notice)
  • Gift cards and promotional offers
  • Customized or special coaching sessions tailored to client schedules or travel (unless otherwise agreed)

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email used to book the service
  • Date and time of the lesson(s)
  • Reason for the refund or cancellation request

We aim to respond within 2 business days, and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


6. Additional Fees

  • A 10% administrative fee may apply to package cancellations and refunds.
  • No fees apply to approved lesson reschedules.
  • Customers are responsible for any charges or deductions imposed by their payment provider or bank.

7. Exceptions and Special Cases

In cases of emergency, illness, or unforeseen travel, we will evaluate refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
